Funded Ballena Azul of Nicaragua to participate at the International Whaling Committee (IWC) 59th Annual Meeting.  Ballena Azul works hard to change the position of its government from being a pro-whaling nation to becoming a country inclined towards cetacean conservation.  This year, Nicaragua will be attending the IWC meeting as a whale defending country for the first time.  Ballena Azul will be present at the meeting as an observer to document the Nicaraguan delegate performance.
